Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except perishables).
  • Perishable items (like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, or bakery products) are non-returnable, unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • In case of a cash-on-delivery (COD) order, you may receive store credit or a voucher.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, dairy, bakery)
  • Personal care & hygiene items
  • Opened or used packaged foods
